On August 13, 2026, Ucore Rare Metals Inc. completed a bought deal public offering of 24,644,500 common shares at a price of $2.80 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $69 million.
The offering was led by Red Cloud Securities Inc. as sole bookrunner and co-lead underwriter, and B. Riley Securities, Inc. acted as co-lead underwriter.
