On October 8, 2025, Astra Exploration Inc. completed a bought deal private placement of 10,080,690 common shares at a price of $0.62 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6.25 million, which included the partial exercise of the underwriters’ option.
The offering was led by Cormark Securities Inc., as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, together with Beacon Securities Limited and Research Capital Corporation.
