On December 22, 2021, Voxtur Analytics Corp. closed a brokered private placement of 21,721,912 common shares at a price of $0.90 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $19.5 million.
Concurrently with the closing of the brokered offering, Voxtur closed a non-brokered private placement of 558,774 common shares at price of $0.90 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $502,897.
The brokered offering was conducted by Cormark Securities Inc. and Eight Capital as co-lead agents.
