Maria Christodoulou (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Maria’s practice is concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and securities law matters. She acts for a broad range of clients across a diverse set of industries, including the mining, banking, media, entertainment, hospitality, retail, medical and construction industries.
Prior to joining Cassels, Maria was an associate at a leading Toronto-based full-service law firm.
