On November 20, 2025, Roxmore Resources Inc. and Taura Gold Inc. completed the previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”), whereby Roxmore Resources acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Taura Gold by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Upon completion of the Arrangement, Taura Gold became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roxmore Resources, which is focused on exploring its flagship, Converse Gold Project, located in Nevada, USA.
