Paulina Seo (she/her/hers) is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. Paulina’s work includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance with public and private M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, minute book reviews, arrangements, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, restorations and other general corporate matters.
Paulina graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and completed the Paralegal Certificate Program with Vancouver Community College in 2018.
