J’Davia Noel (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. J’Davia’s practice focuses on a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated loans and equipment finance matters. J’Davia graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she served on the Admissions Committee and acted as the Vice-President of Mentorship of the Black Law Students’ Association.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, J’Davia was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
