Geraldine Reyes serves as Manager, Corporate Services, Toronto and as a senior corporate clerk within the Business Law Group at Cassels. In her management role, Geraldine provides mentorship to the paralegals in the firms’ Toronto Corporate Services Department. As a senior corporate clerk, Geraldine’s work includes, but is not limited to, preparing documents related to federal and Ontario incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, revivals, arrangements, various fundamental changes and minute book reviews.
Geraldine is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
