On February 1, 2022, Lion Equity Partners, an operations-focused private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado, through its affiliate, Lion Equity Holdings II, LLC, acquired Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial (“ETI”) from Aalberts N.V., a Netherlands-based manufacturer of mission critical technologies serving OEM customers in the automotive, air conditioning & refrigeration, water systems and industrial markets. ETI is headquartered in Geneva, Indiana, with additional manufacturing facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee and Ajax, Ontario.
