On November 1, 2021, GS Operating, LLC carrying on business as Gexpro Services, a portfolio company of US based private equity firm Luther King Capital Management (LKCM) Headwater Investments, completed its strategic acquisition of the National Engineered Fasteners group of companies which distribute specialty fasteners to the automotive and military end markets.
