Colleen Rusnov is a law clerk with the Business Law Group at Cassels. Colleen assists in conducting minute book reviews, due diligence and corporate proceedings for private corporations. Her work includes incorporations for both Ontario and Federal, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, amalgamations, business name and partnership registrations, extra provincial registrations and maintenance of corporate records.
Colleen graduated from Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology with a diploma in the Law Clerk Program. Colleen is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
