Gurarjun Toor is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. His practice encompasses securities, corporate law, private equity fund structuring, and investments, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings, and corporate reorganizations. Gurarjun advises clients on corporate and regulatory compliance, stock exchange listings, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance.
Gurarjun has represented issuers of equity and debt in capital market transactions, including primary and secondary initial public offerings, prospectus offerings, and private placements.
During his time in law school, Gurarjun served as the Vice President and, subsequently, President of the Student Law Society, where he managed numerous charity committees, an award-winning student-led legal publication, and the mooting society. His dedication and commitment to these roles resulted in successful fundraising campaigns, improved student engagement, and enhanced opportunities for his peers.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Gurarjun was an articling student with the firm.
