On November 19, 2024, Volt Lithium Corp. completed a public offering of 22,360,000 units at a price of $0.31 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $6.2 million. Concurrent with the closing of the public offering, certain subscribers purchased a total of 1,128,709 units at a price of $0.31 per unit on a private placement basis, for gross proceeds of approximately $350,000. Through both the public offering and private placement, Volt raised gross proceeds of approximately $6.55 million.
The public offering was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. as sole agent and book-runner.
