Andy Pike (she/her/hers) serves as Supervisor, Corporate Services, Vancouver and is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. Andy’s work includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance with public and private M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, minute book review, arrangements, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, restorations and other general corporate matters.
