On February 23, 2022, Base Carbon Corp. and its shareholders completed a reverse takeover of 1287411 B.C. Ltd., which continued into Ontario, changed its name to Base Carbon Inc. and commenced trading on the NEO Exchange on March 3, 2022 under the symbol “BCBN.”
On March 1, 2022, Base Carbon Corp. acquired an additional 30% of Hardwick Climate Business Limited resulting in a total ownership of 49.9% pursuant to a phased acquisition.
