Jake Bullen has been invited to advise the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (Ontario) on modernizing the business laws of Ontario. Following his appointment to Ontario’s Business Law Modernization and Burden Reduction Council (with the Council now on hold), Jake has continued to advise the Government of Ontario on legislative changes to help Ontario businesses grow.
Jason (Jake) Bullen is a partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic advice, corporate re-organizations, and complex commercial agreements, with a significant cross-border component.
