Charles Newman, Mike Tallim, and Richard Ngo recently authored the first Canadian chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG)’s Derivatives Practice Area Guide.
The ICLG is a leading global platform for legal reference publishing comparative legal guides and other research tools covering the law in specified practices areas around the globe. Previously, the ICLG’s Derivatives Practice Area Guide did not contain a Canadian law focused chapter.
The chapter was prepared with the assistance and input of Kurtis Bond, Jane Dietrich, Corinne Grigoriu, and Alison Manzer.
