American Ocean Minerals Corporation’s landmark merger with Odyssey Marine Exploration has been profiled by Lexpert.
This merger creates a leading deep-sea critical minerals research and resource extraction platform with an equity value of approximately US$1 billion at a pivotal inflection point for the industry.
