Paulina Seo (she/her/hers) is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. Paulina provides assistance with general corporate proceedings for private companies. She provides support to lawyers and clients on corporate matters including, but not limited to, corporate reorganizations, due diligence, minute book reviews, incorporations, amendments, continuations, amalgamations, dissolutions, restorations, extra-provincial registrations and updates, and routine corporate changes.
Paulina graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and completed the Paralegal Certificate Program with Vancouver Community College in 2018.
