On May 1, 2024, Volt Lithium Corp. completed a non-brokered private placement to a strategic investor of 6,818,182 units of Volt Lithium at a price of US$0.22 per unit for aggregate consideration of US$1.5 million.
The proceeds of the strategic investment will be used by Volt Lithium for the deployment of a field unit in the Delaware Basin in West Texas, USA and for other general corporate purposes.
