Tyler Fidler is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Tyler’s practice focuses on securities and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings, and corporate reorganizations. Tyler also advises clients on corporate and regulatory compliance, stock exchange listings, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Cassels, Tyler articled and served as an associate at another national firm.
