On June 16, 2023, Tokenise International Inc., an industry leader in the emergent asset tokenization space, completed the sale of its business to Vero Labs Inc. The Tokenise group of companies is made up of a regulated brokerage, a stock exchange and a central securities depository. The Tokenise Group has developed the technology and obtained the licences to fractionalize ownership of new and traditional asset classes.
