In June 2023, TerrAscend Corp. completed concurrent private placements of units and convertible debentures for total aggregate gross proceeds of over US$20 million. The private placements occurred in three tranches and consisted of: (i) a combined 6,580,677 units at a price of US$1.50 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$9.9 million; and, (ii) a combined 10,105 unsecured convertible debentures at a price of US$1,000 per unsecured convertible debenture for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$10.1 million.
