On January 22, 2026, Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III entered into a definitive business combination agreement with General Fusion Inc. Upon closing, the business combination is expected to result in General Fusion listing on the Nasdaq and trading under the ticker symbol “GFUZ”, making it the first publicly traded pure‑play fusion company.
