On April 13, 2026, Skeleton Coast Uranium Corp. completed a non- brokered private placement of 37,037,037 units at a price of $0.135 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $5 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one‑half of one common share purchase warrant.
The company also completed an acquisition of interests in five Exclusive Prospecting Licences (“EPLs”) located in Namibia and has secured controlling interests in the EPLs, which are located in Namibia’s Erongo Region near existing uranium mines.
