On June 13, 2023, Signal Gold Inc. completed a non-brokered private placement of (i) 5,570,000 premium flow-through units at a price of $0.36 per premium flow-through unit; (ii) 5,261,250 flow-through units at a price of $0.32 per flow-through unit; and (iii) 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.30 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6.7 million.
