On December 2, 2025, Rocky Shore Gold Ltd., through a wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into an option agreement and purchase agreement for the acquisition of key mining claims in Newfoundland.
Pursuant to the purchase agreement, on December 12, 2025, Rocky Shore completed the acquisition of the Brady Property, a 100 hectare, four claim property that hosts the Reid Gold Deposit.
Pursuant to the option agreement, on December 12, 2025, Rocky Shore completed the initial payment towards the acquisition of the Huxter Lane Property, a 2,250 hectare, 90 claim property that hosts the Mosquito Hill Gold Deposit.
