On August 23, 2024, Revive Organics Inc. (“Revive Superfoods”), a business that provides frozen, pre-portioned smoothies and other food products directly to consumers, acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Natura Market Ecommerce Inc. and Natura U.S. Inc. (together, “Natura”) from Foodtastic Inc. and Freshii USA Inc., respectively. Natura is an ecommerce business that sells organic food and other health and wellness products directly to consumers.
As consideration for the transaction, Foodtastic and Freshii received cash and a vendor take-back note.
