On December 19, 2023, Nighthawk Gold Corp. completed a bought deal private placement of 38,235,294 subscription receipts at a price of $0.34 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $13 million.
The offering was completed by a syndicate of underwriters led by SCP Resource Finance LP, and included BMO Capital Markets, Haywood Securities Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., PI Financial Corp., and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc.
The offering was conducted in connection with the arrangement between Nighthawk and Montea Gold Inc., previously announced on November 28, 2023.
