On November 24, 2022, Labrador Uranium Inc. completed the acquisition of the Anna Lake project and the Moran Lake B-Zone prospect from Beaconsfield Ventures Ltd. As consideration for the Beaconsfield projects, Labrador Uranium issued 5,000,000 Labrador Uranium common shares to Beaconsfield and assumed an existing 2% net smelter royalty with respect to the Beaconsfield projects payable to a third party.
