On October 31, 2024, Hemlo Explorers Inc. completed a non-brokered private placement of (i) 27,100,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit; and (ii) 12,900,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.05 per flow-through share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $2 million.
