On December 15, 2022, G2 Goldfields Inc. filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada, other than Quebec. The base shelf prospectus permits G2 to make offerings of up to $50 million of any combination of common shares, warrants, subscription receipts, units and debt securities during the 25-month period that the base shelf prospectus remains effective.
