On August 1, 2025, FRNT Financial Inc. closed a non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.40 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2 million. The private placement was completed pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption under National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions.
