First Capital REIT, owner of mixed-use property One Bloor East in Toronto, announced that the retail podium of the property has been fully leased with new tenants, Nike and Mango.
The retail space next to the Bloor Street entrance will become Spanish retailer Mango’s first street-front store in Canada, adding another store to their several other Toronto area locations.
Nike will occupy approximately 17,000 square feet of space spanning over two levels, making it one of the larger flagship stores in Canada.
These new stores will be opening in late 2024 or early 2025.
