On February 1, 2024, District Metals Corp. completed a bought deal private placement of 20,500,000 units at a price of $0.22 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.5 million.
The offering was completed by a syndicate of underwriters led by PI Financial Corp, and included Haywood Securities Inc.
