On December 4, 2023, Collective Mining Ltd. filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulators in each of the provinces and territories of Canada (other than Québec). The base shelf prospectus permits Collective to offer and sell common shares, debt securities, subscription receipts, warrants, units or any combination thereof in various offerings having an aggregate value of up to $200 million during the 25-month period that the base shelf prospectus remains effective.
