On December 7, 2023, Yerbaé Brands Corp. closed a private placement of 1,003,468 special warrants at a price of US$1.50 per special warrant for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$1.5 million.
The offering was led by Raymond James Ltd. and Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. as co-lead agents and joint bookrunners on behalf of a syndicate of agents.
