On February 28, 2023, Lahontan Gold Corp. completed a brokered private placement of 27,857,400 units at a price of $0.11 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $3.1 million, which included the exercise of the agents’ option. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of Lahontan.
The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents, led by Beacon Securities Limited, and including Canaccord Genuity Corp.
