On February 13, 2026, Hot Chili Limited completed a private placement of 24,242,425 ordinary shares at A$1.65 (C$1.56) per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately A$40 million (C$37.8 million).
The private placement was completed through a syndicate of agents with Veritas Securities Limited, ATB Cormark Capital Markets and Desjardins Capital Markets acting as joint lead managers and BMO Capital Markets, acting as a co-manager.
