On June 16, 2023, O3 Mining Inc. entered into an equity distribution agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. as agent, for an “at-the-market” equity program. The agreement allows O3 Mining to issue and sell up to $10 million of common shares from the treasury to the public, from time to time.
The volume and timing of distribution under the offering will be determined in O3 Mining’s sole discretion and in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out in the distribution agreement between O3 Mining and the agent.
