Sarah Kemp (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels. Sarah maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, including securities matters, contracts disputes, and corporate/commercial disputes. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2020, and was also a member of the 2021-2022 Articling Student class.
She earned her J.D. from Queen’s Law in 2021. During her time at Queen’s, Sarah served as the President of Queen’s Women & Law Club, where she organized and moderated panel discussions about women’s issues in the legal profession and in law school. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Prior to attending law school, Sarah achieved her B.A. from McGill University in English Literature.
