Melissa Montana (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Melissa’s practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions. She regularly acts for both borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated facilities, project finance facilities, and acquisition financings. Melissa is also developing experience working with resource companies in the mining sector, as well as advising international and domestic commercial finance companies on leasing and equipment finance operations, including in the railcar space.
