Melissa Montana (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Melissa’s practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions. She regularly acts for both borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated facilities, project finance facilities, and acquisition financings. Melissa is also developing experience advising international and domestic commercial finance companies on leasing and equipment finance operations, specializing in the railcar and rolling stock space.
Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Melissa summered and articled with the firm.
