Julian Franch is an associate in the Taxation Group at Cassels. Julian’s practice focuses on regional and international corporate tax planning and personal tax and estate planning, particularly for those with US assets. He develops comprehensive corporate tax structures for mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and reorganizations.

With a background in business, Julian helps clients navigate the complexities of tax regulations. He understands that the key to client relationships is communication and understanding. He works hard to assess the legal issues of new clients to help them land at successful solutions to their objectives. As such, Julian completed the Chartered Professional Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Program.

Prior to joining Cassels, Julian served as an associate at a Toronto-based full-service business law firm.
