Jessica Suppa is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels, and a member of the Toronto Corporate Services team. Jessica’s responsibilities include due diligence and conducting corporate searches. She also assists clients with compliance matters, including: ep registrations and renewals, business name and limited partnership renewals, and federal and Ontario annual return filings.
Jessica earned her Law Clerk Diploma at Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
