On February 9, 2022, Superette Inc., a cannabis retailer, acquired Cannoe Corp. Superette’s acquisition of Cannoe brings meaningful scale to its retail operations, doubling its footprint to twelve operating stores. The addition of Cannoe’s six retail stores will give Superette exposure to new areas and key brand-driven markets.
