Danijel Augustinovic (he/him/his) serves as Counsel in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Danijel’s practice focuses on secured and unsecured loan transactions and debt restructurings. He offers expertise in corporate and commercial lending, including syndicated financings, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, subordinate debt/first lien/second lien financings, cross-border transactions, receivables financing and project financings. Danijel acts for domestic banks, corporations, financial sponsors, as well as foreign financial institutions.
Prior to joining Cassels, Danijel was a senior associate in the Financial Services Group at a multinational law firm.
