Andrew Allen (he/him/his) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Andrew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Andrew was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
Andrew completed the JD program at the University of Windsor. While in law school, Andrew was a volunteer contributor in a COVID-19 research project with SickKids hospital, and a member of the Alumni Diversity Committee at Crescent School. Prior to law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree from Western University, where he specialized in finance.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing basketball and is a supporter of the Toronto Raptors.
