Raivo Uukkivi and Matthew Bernier have been published in the Fall 2026 edition of the Environment Journal’s Quarterly Report.
Their article “Clear as Mud,” looks at rules to promote the re-use of liquid soils as part of the quarterly report’s Regulation Roundup.
In the article, the authors suggest that those responsible for managing soils would be wise to be get familiar with the regulatory framework applicable to liquid soils and strategies to lawfully manage and deposit liquid soils in Ontario.
