In this edition, Carey Veinotte, John Christian, Raj Mittal, and Campbell Brooks penned the first-even Securities Law chapter. In addition, Jordanna Cytrynbaum, Logan Rogers, and Campbell Brooks contributed to the case law portion of the chapter on Real Estate Law.
