In the guide, practitioners and academics from over 31 jurisdictions look at the policy motivations for ESG and insolvency and restructuring law and practice, and consider regulatory standards, soft law framework, and practices concerning key ESG issues. They also provide a roadmap of issues that regulators and policy makers may consider in shaping future law reform.
